The work is for the most part limited to replacing the walls of Vesturhús and related activities. This project will not include changes to other parts of Reykjavíks Energy's headquarters or systems beyond what is necessary to define new walls and the parts of building systems that are connected to them, as stated in this project description. The guiding principle of the project is efficiency, accepted and tried solutions, modest and low-key.
The buyer draws special attention to the fact that the interior finishing will be tendered separately and the tenderer shall assume that interiour finishing will begin before this tendered work is completed, so that contractors will have to divide the work area.
