Multi Purpose Sports Facility for Isafjörður Municipality

Ríkiskaup, on behalf of Ísafjörður municipality requests tenders for the design and construction of a multi-purpose sports centre at Torfnes, Ísafjörður.
The size of building will be as follows: sports centre 50 m x 70 m or 3 500 m.
In accordance with this tender documentation, the project of the contractor involves making the principal diagram of the premises together with drawings of the plot. The premises shall be fully designed as well as all its systems, including the plot, the construction of the building and hand it over ready to use.
The new building will be located on the existing artificial turf field at Torfnes in Ísafjörður. Before the construction commences, the buyer will carry out the earthwork in liaison with the contractor.
