15452. New facilities for Landspitali – National University Hospital in Reykjavik, Patient Hotel and Car Park – Pre-qualification for architectural and technical Design

Pre-qualification for two separate tenders. One tender is for the total design, architectural and technical, of a Patient Hotel. The Patient Hotel will be equivalent to a 3 star hotel with additional equipment to meet the requirements of patients and handicapped people. The other tender is for the total design, architectural and technical, of a 8 storey Car Park building with a technical room for the Hospital in the basement and an attached 4 storey office building. This is a conventional building except for the hospitals technical equipment that will be in the technical room in the basement of the Car Park. Design of the technical equipment is not included in this project.
