The State Trading Centre (Rikiskaup), on behalf of the National Commissioner of the Icelandic Police, intends to invite tenders for designing, manufacturing and personalizing polycarbonate driving licenses, further described in the Pre-qualification documents located at www.rikiskaup.is. It is the intent of the Contracting Authority to award the contract to one Tenderer.
