This tender includes construction supervision of the works involved, including but not limited to earthworks, concrete works, steel works, piping, electrical and other house systems as well as exterior and interior finishing including sports flooring and installation of fixed equipment. It also includes the services of construction manager for the owner.
The main tasks are:
• construction supervision,
• duties of construction manager in accordance to Icelandic regulation No 112/2012,
• reporting to owner,
• liaison with construction regulatory bodies,
• HSE monitoring.
