The purchaser intends to invite tenders for Multibiometric and information management system (later ABIS or in some appendices LISA) that shall support Icelandic forensic laboratory multibiometric investigations, several different enrolment and registration flows and various different integrations.

The participants shall be the owner of the offered product/system, be capable to deliver the product to the purchaser, be able to teach the purchaser properly on its possibilities and support the product.
The participants shall be fully responsible for the service that is needed for the product at all times, it is an integral part of the tender.
Estimated contract period is two (2) years with the possibility of two years extension. The contract period starts to count when the system has been connected and running properly.
