This Invitation to Tender is for Pacemakers, ICDs and Leads for the clinical service in Landspitali. The Pacemakers, ICDs and Leads shall be suitable for and support the medical service and the clinical environment in Landspitali. The Implantable Cardiac Pacemakers (ICPs) and the Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillators (ICDs) are intended for use for patients with special heart problems for which they are deemed beneficial at the Dpt. of Cardiology at Landspitali — University Hospital and to be implanted at the Dpt. Of Cardiology at Landspitali and the Regional Hospital in Akureyri (SAk). Therefore the clinical and technical requirements for the Pacemakers, ICDs and Leads are to provide all the modern treatment techniques available.
