This tender procedure was first published on TED 27.8.2018 (no. 20818). When answers to questions had been published on the website of this tender procedure some economic operators still meant that they did not have enough informations to be able to decide if they wanted to take part in the procurement procedure. The buyer then decided to publish a new contract notice for accelerated procedure. This is basically the same procedure with changes that were initially published as answers to questions in the former procedure. It is urgent that the buyer can make a contract for the new nursing home.
