There is a requirement for suppliers to provide ongoing product training and clinical support throughout the lifetime of the agreement, to ensure safe, appropriate and effective use of products by clinical personnel.

The purpose of the information provided in this Invitation to Tender is to set out the award criteria that will govern the award of any successful Tender. It should give the Tenderer a clear and informative idea of what the purchaser is requesting regarding the consumables and thus increase the likelihood of a successful contract for both the Consignee and the prospective Consignor.

A written Consignment agreement will be prepared by the consignee for the 2 successful Tenderers. The period of agreement will be 3 years with an option of an extension subject to agreement.
