The purpose of the information provided in this Invitation to Tender is to set out the criteria that will govern the selection of any successful Tender. It should give the Tenderer a clear and informative idea of what the Purchaser is requesting regarding the consumbales and thus increase the likelihood of a successful contract for both the Purchaser and the prospective Seller.
Tenderers are permitted to submit offers for individual tables of the Tender.
Tenderer shall offer all products in each table otherwise the offer is invalid except in table 8.1 were you need to offer at least 80% of the product in the table and in table 14.1 it is allowed to offer in product lines.
