Ríkiskaup, on behalf of governmental agencies and institutions in Iceland, hereby invite tenders for Airfare from and to Iceland. This invitation to tender (ITT) is divided into lots 1 and 2 and tenderers may submit tender response in one or both lots of the procedure.
The tenderer may offer flights from/to Keflavik International Airport (KEF), Iceland to/from one or more destinations in lot 1 for a fixed price in a defined number of tickets to a specified group of governmental agencies. One tenderer that receives the highest score for each of the mentioned destinations will be awarded each destination in Lot 1.
In Lot 2 the tenderer shall submit fixed discount for all or any destinations from/to Keflavik International Airport (KEF), Iceland. Rikiskaup reserves the right to accept up to five (5) tenderer receiving the highest score for Lot 2 into a framework agreement. This will lead to a framework agreement for all subscribers to the framework agreement at any given time.
