15547 Fertilizer for Icelandic State Institutions; landgraedslan rikisins and Vegagerdin
Rikiskaup (The State Trading Centre)
Ríkiskaup (State Trading Centre), on behalf of following Icelandic state organisations: Landgræðsla ríkisins (Soil Conservation Service of Iceland) and Vegagerðin (Icelandic Road Administration) requests tenders for supply of their needs of granulated fertilizer, for the year 2014, with an option of extension of the contracts two times, for one year at a time, up to three years total and with deliveries in 2015 and 2016. This year's purchase is planned to be 600 tons, with delivery from April 1, 2014 to June 15, 2014. Buyers reserve the right to change the quantity within +/- 20 % from planned quantity without affecting the quoted unit prices.
The tender is divided in 2 parts and is categorised in accordance with individual needs of the following institutions:
1. Landgræðsla ríkisins – 550 tons
2. Vegagerðin - 50 tons
Tenderers are permitted to submit offers for individual parts (categories) and a contract will be made with each organisation, as separate buyers.
The final contract notice is expected on 3.12.2013 with the issue of invitation to tender documents and opening of tenders on 21.1.2014.
