Fire insurance for buildings owned by the State of Iceland

Rikiskaup (State Trading Centre)

The State Trading Centre, on behalf of the Ministry of Finance in Iceland, State Reg. No. 550169-2829 requests tenders for fire insurance for buildings owned by the State of Iceland. Tenders are requested for mandatory premium for fire insurance for buildings owned by the State of Iceland and listed at Registers Iceland (www.skra.is). Registers Iceland (RI) is responsible for valuation of property for taxation purposes as well as the valuation for compulsory domestic fire insurance. The RI is the custodian of the Land registry database, which is the central framework for all real estate data in Iceland. A list of all state owned buildings based on that database can be found in these documents. That list can change during the contracting period and thus the magnitude of the contract.
