15134. Marketing of Inspired by Iceland, Manufacturing and Design Component

The State Trading Centre, on behalf of Promote Iceland, State Reg. No. 690986-1599, requests the submission of tenders for the design and manufacture of marketing materials.
Marketing materials in tune with the focus of the project Inspired by Iceland will be designed and formed. The tasks involved include: the design of the overall appearance of Inspired by Iceland, all printed material, web banners and environmental advertisements and of the website.
Examples of potential work components that the tenderer has to be able to work alone or in co-operation with subcontractors are located in the subsections of the tender documents: 2.1 to 2.11. The components are:
1. General conceptual and development work;
2. Preparation of printed advertisements 1/1 page;
3. Preparation of printed advertisements sized 4 x 30;
4. Preparation of web banners;
5. Preparation of environmental advertisements;
6. Preparation of videos for environmental advertisements;
7. Preparation of brochures, leaflets;
8. Preparation of brochures 6 pgs;
9. Development of the appearance and content of the website;
10. Supervision and conceptual work in the creation of shorter films;
11. Supervision and conceptual work in the creation of videos promoting Iceland.

The invitation to tender is a framework tender procedure, and the figures provided are reference figures; final purchases from each economic operator during the effective term of the agreement may be somewhat higher or lower. It is assumed that negotiations for this project will be opened with up to 5 tenderers.
